Barack Obama, who’s the forty-fourth United states president, said” when women succeed, nations are more safe, secure, and prosperous”. According to the world bank, empowerment is the process of adding the capacity of individualities or groups to make choices and transfigure those choices, into asked conduct and issues. Let’s look at women’s empowerment, it’s including five types of empowerment. Such as Psychological, Social, Educational, Economical, and Political.

First of all, if we look at Psychological empowerment, is dependent on the social actions toward women. Every human will not be in the same manner. In the once men circumscribe women for numerous reasons and also society created a fence for every woman. Women face numerous issues every day in the world like fear of failure, less paid, lack of knowledge, prestige problem between same age group women, and lack of decisions timber. Every woman has numerous social commitments. Society does not allow every woman to pursue their dreams. Substantially in South Asian countries, there’s a culture that men should work and need to study further but women should immolate their life for their families, it’s not only in past but also in present.

Next, if we concentrate on Social empowerment, it’s the major bone that we should notice because social relations and their situations motivate us. Men, as well as women, are part of society if society ignores their rights it can be a chain to development. Likewise, gender can not decide leadership, it depends on their personality. Many women are playing extraordinary places in leading positions. Utmost of the common view among people is religion. Religion is confining women from empowerment. But on my view, the people who are confining women haven’t understood the religion rightly. According to Christianity and Buddhism men and women are inversely treated. Though, Hinduism gives further respect to women especially when they play the part of mothers. And same goes with Islam which has given equal rights to women as men.

Asma Jahangir, who was the Supreme Court Bar Association President. She was the first ever woman in history to come to its chairman. She’s the founder of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan along with the Women’s Action Forum. Asma Jahangir is a social activist who fought for nonages, sloggers, and the rights of women. Her notorious lines are, “ I suppose it sounds veritably concave if I keep talking about the rights of Kashmiris, but don’t talk about the rights of a woman in Lahore who’s bombarded to death. ”

Next, we put on our focus on Educational empowerment. It’s a vital thing for development and growth. Education is necessary for all men and women. Still, there are numerous places in the world the girls are uneducated. It leads to numerous offenses also women lose their rights. However, confidence, and make young girls independent, If they study they can be intrepid. Also, it gives them advanced knowledge about their society, politics, partisanship, and bias. Society doesn’t allow women to study advanced or choose a career. Still, spending on women’s and girls ’ educational expenditures may contribute to women’s economical empowerment and overall economic growth.

For illustration, if we notice Ayesha Farooq, the first womanish pilot in Pakistan. She’s a whipper who’s risking her life for Pakistan’s protection and security. She has broken all the hurdles that she had in her life and she pursued her dream. In 2013, she was the only Pakistani womanish Airman Fighter. Eventually, she came as an alleviation to all the girls to pursue their fancies and pace in it.

After this, we will look at Economical. It’s the main reason for numerous girls depending on men. Still, spending on women’s and girls ’ educational expenditures may contribute to women’s economical empowerment and overall economic growth. Someone said, “ money can not purchase happiness ”. But in the real world, you always need money to fulfill the introductory requirements of life, otherwise, everything gets disturbed. In first-world countries, both men and women are inversely earned to run homes. That’s the reason for their success, but in third-world countries, utmost women are only born to cook food for their men. It leads numerous countries to poverty. As the exploration of economical specialists, a woman can take control of their family and community.

Judy Gibbons will be the best example of economic empowerment. Judy is an inspirational women entrepreneur in European businesswomen. She had worked in the elderly position at Apple, HP, and Microsoft. Her business extends to further than 40 countries in the United States, Japan, and other countries. Likewise, She sets up an excellent inspiration for teens to negotiate their pretensions through fidelity, passion, and hard work. You can be who you want to be; all you need is the knowledge and whim-whams to take all the openings life throws in your way.

Eventually, if we concentrate on politics, Men and women have to work together to bring gender equivalency, the reason women’s participation in leading places in politics has come the precedence the policymakers. Therefore, over the last decade, women’s participation has increased encyclopedically. Indeed some countries have shown dramatic change by understanding the reality that women’s participation can noway be ignored. According to a survey, In Asia, there is 1.6 percent of women have involved in politics in Sri Lanka and 31 in Pakistan.

In my opinion, all women must raise their voices to get their freedom and rights. Education is an abecedarian need for every woman. They need to pursue their dreams. In this era of technology, women are still fighting for their abecedarian rights worldwide. That’s because they don’t know the real significance of empowerment. Also, In some societies, women are in the worst condition and don’t have equal rights as men. Empowering women is principally to give rights to women. They have an equal right to make their opinions and share in society, education, politics, and other conditioning. It helps to reduce domestic violence and poverty and gives value to women. However, no one can abuse her physically, or sexually, If a woman knows her worth and is empowered.
