Artificial Intelligence is something we use every day. We use Artificial Intelligence when we unlock our phones with our faces. We use Artificial Intelligence when we shop online and get suggestions on what to buy. Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we live and work in India.
For students it is very important to understand what Artificial Intelligence is. The old way of choosing a job and doing it for the rest of your life is changing now. Now people can change jobs. Learn new skills. The big question is not whether Artificial Intelligence will take our jobs the big question is how Artificial Intelligence will change them.
Some jobs will go away. Some will stay. New ones will be created. There are some things that Artificial Intelligence cannot do like being understanding and showing emotions. To understand how Artificial Intelligence is changing jobs we need to look at three things: jobs that Artificial Intelligence will take, jobs that Artificial Intelligence will create and jobs that Artificial Intelligence cannot do.
Jobs Artificial Intelligence Will Take
One of the effects of Artificial Intelligence is that it can do tasks that’re the same every day and do not require a lot of thinking or creativity. Artificial Intelligence can do these tasks faster and more accurately than humans.
For example:- Artificial Intelligence is being used to enter data into computers. Before people had to do this job now Artificial Intelligence can do it in seconds. Artificial Intelligence is also being used to do accounting tasks like keeping track of money and making invoices.
Artificial Intelligence is also being used to help customers. Many companies are using chatbots to answer questions. These chatbots can work all the time and answer questions at once. This means that companies do not need many people to help customers.
In India we can see this change in banks, shopping and phone companies. We can do banking on our phones and online shopping companies use Artificial Intelligence to track our orders. Phone companies use Artificial Intelligence to answer our questions.
The reason for this change is that Artificial Intelligence is more efficient. Artificial Intelligence does not get tired it can work all the time without making mistakes. This also saves companies money.Artificial Intelligence is good at doing tasks this does not mean that all jobs will go away. Instead people will have to do tasks that require thinking and problem-solving.
This means that people need to learn skills if they do not they might not have a job in the future.
Jobs Artificial Intelligence Will Create
While Artificial Intelligence is taking some jobs it is also creating ones. This is a thing to remember every time there is a technology it creates jobs. New jobs like Artificial Intelligence trainer, data analyst, machine learning engineer and digital marketing specialist are becoming more important. Artificial Intelligence needs data to work people need to train it to do its job.
Data analysts help companies understand the data they have they help companies make decisions. Machine learning engineers design systems that help Artificial Intelligence learn and get better.
Digital marketing is another area that is growing. Companies in India are using the internet to sell their products. They need people who understand how to do this these people need to know about media, online advertising and how customers behave.
In industries like healthcare and education Artificial Intelligence is creating jobs. In healthcare Artificial Intelligence helps doctors diagnose diseases people are needed to operate the machines. In education Artificial Intelligence helps create learning plans teachers are still needed to guide students.
The startup companies in India are also creating jobs. Many startups are using Artificial Intelligence to make their services better this creates jobs in technology, management and marketing.
Artificial Intelligence is not just taking jobs it is also creating ones. These new jobs require skills people need to know about technology think critically. Be able to adapt.
This means that students need to be prepared for these changes. Those who are willing to learn and adapt will be able to get these jobs.
Jobs Artificial Intelligence Cannot Do
Artificial Intelligence is very powerful it has limitations. It cannot understand emotions be creative or work in the world. Because of this many jobs will always require humans.

In India, where relationships and personal interaction’re very important these jobs will always be needed. Families, schools and communities depend on connections, which cannot be replaced by machines. Artificial Intelligence can provide answers it cannot understand feelings or build trust. This makes human connection jobs very important.
(b) Physical and Real-World Jobs
Another area where Artificial Intelligence has limitations is real-world work. Artificial Intelligence mainly works in controlled environments, which makes it hard to replace jobs that require presence and interaction with the environment.
Fitness trainers for example do not just show exercises they observe posture, correct mistakes. Provide motivation during workouts. Each person has abilities and goals and a trainer adjusts routines accordingly.

Content creators, designers, writers and artists all rely on creativity. While Artificial Intelligence can generate content or suggest designs it often lacks originality and emotional depth.
For example:- A human writer can create content based on experiences, cultural understanding and emotions. This makes the content relatable and meaningful. Artificial Intelligence-generated content may provide information it often feels repetitive. Lacks authenticity.
Designers also rely on creativity to create designs. Artificial Intelligence can assist by providing suggestions it cannot fully replace the process.

They should be ready to learn and adapt to technologies like Artificial Intelligence they should be open to ideas. They will do well if they know about Artificial Intelligence they will do well if they know how to use it.
