Confined within the four walls,

With boredom struck,

Can’t think other than the protocols.

The authority diligently executing stipulations across the nation,

To brawl against the dreadful situation.

Don’t let the outbreak try to invade our immune,

Or soon we will ravage it with our fortune.

Carry a sanitizer and a mask,

And make social distancing from your dear one’s a major task.

Dare you to budge out of your homes,

or you will be caught by the pandemic storm.

 It’s a tiny virus,

Taking away life of umpteen masses,

Care to shake hands with your mates…?

Rather bake and frost some yummy cakes.

Labeled as corona,

Neither related to astronomy or botany,

But a troop of deadly viruses,

 Homicidal to human anatomy.

Just as heaven’s of angels,

We are blessed with some good souls,

Endangering their lives, to harbour nation as whole.

Let’s take a minute to thank these gracious angels,

Appreciating that god created someone so special..!!
