In the presence of the light of the full moon, the waves of the sea turn into tides; similarly, when the phase of the new moon arrives, the sea calms down. As per the current situation of the environment, water pollution has led to sea level rise. If the land vegetation is cleared due to any farming or residential process, then the wind pattern changes and causes wind erosion. Some of the famous beaches to explore are:

Mamallapuram Beach in India

It is located in Tamil Nadu and is also known as Mahabalipuram. This is a historical place too because of the caves, rock-cut sculptures, and monolithic rathas. Tourists can enjoy different activities on this beach, like swimming, sunbathing, and wind surfing. The main attraction of the beach is that it is surrounded by many temples. Baga Beach in India

Nearby places to roam around Baga Beach are Aguada Fort, Anjuna Beach, Chapora Fort, Ingo’s Night Market at Arpora, Dr. Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, and Calangute Beach.

Varkala Beach in India

This beach is situated in Kerala, in Thiruvananthapuram, and is also named Papanasham Beach. Varkala Beach is close to the Arabian Sea. Activities like boat riding and horseback riding can be done on this beach. Tourists can explore Sivagiri Mutt and Janardana Swami Temple. Nearby places to visit from Varkala Beach are Kovalam, Trivandrum, Kollam, and Ponmudi. The perfect time to visit the beach is from December to March.

Auroville Beach in India

It is said that the beach disappears at certain times and reappears again depending on the phases of the moon. Chandipur is the place where missiles are launched from the Integrated Test Range. Candolim Beach in India

This beach is situated in Goa and is known to be the longest beach. Tourists can hang around on the Candolim-Calangute Road peacefully. The right time to visit this beach is in the middle of October or March. Nearby attractions from Candolim Beach are Fort Aguada, Calangute Beach, and Baga Beach.
