- As the foam does not absorb water it does not stay damp and therefore it is odourless. This also helps to prevent the growth of microorganisms and the foam does not rot. The foam can be treated with microbial and fire retardant agents.
- The foam is resistant to most chemicals including cleaning agents, alkalies, solvents and acids. You can clean it with a garden hose. Its open pores ensure it is cleaned thoroughly. The force from the hose will ensure that the dirt is removed. The foam can be easily dried.
- The dry fast foam is lighter and softer and is made from viscoelastic materials which means it can return to its original shape after a force is applied to it.
