Many people wish to live a good and healthy life and live to be Hundred Year. The only problem is that they do not want to do the work that comes with living a long life. Hearing the words diet and exercise almost scares them away from the thought of being a healthy individual. Almost 40 % of adults are considered to be overweight or obese in the world. Many of them are at risk of many disease is simple as what and how they eat. I think that many ways to live your life healthy. They are follow steps that make you healthy.
Daily exercise- Did you know that daily exercise can reduce all of the biomarkers of aging. This includes improving eyesight ,normalizing blood pressure improving leam muscles lowering cholesterol and improving bone density. If you want to live well and longer you must exercise daily every morning if you manage time in your daily routine.
Participate in physical activity- In my knowledge physical activity is one of the most innovative way to live your life healthy. You participate in playing outdoor games, walking on ground and other physical activity. In the age of 40 above bones are start loose then you must follow the rules and live your life healthy.
Get a good night sleep- If you have trouble sleeping try relaxation techniques such as meditation and yoga, or eat a small bedtime snack of food shower to help shift the body and mind into sleep mood. Darker your room more and turn your clock away from you. Write down worries or stressful thought to get them out of your head and on to the page. This will help you put them into perspective so you can quit worries about them.
Think positive and focus on gratitude- Research shows a healthy positive altitude helps build a healthier immune system and boasts healthy. Your body believes what you think so focus on the positive. Positive mindset make you healthy.
Don’t care about what other people think- Its nor worth expending your energy on the opinion of others. Be true to yourself and you will attract people who genuinely like and value you for who you are.
Eat mostly unprocessed foods- Your diet should consist of vegetables, fruits, lean meats like chicken and ground turkey and grains. Avoids processed foods altogether, and you will be better off.
Get satisfaction- Both eating and physical activity are fun sensory experiences in both aim for pleasure not pain. Pay attention to the nutrition value of foods you choose to eat as well as your sense of satisfaction relaxation, tension exhilaration and fantigue when you sit down to eat. Check in with your recognition of hunger fullness and satisfaction when considering when and how much to eat.
