संतोष वास्तविक धन है
क्योंकि यह मन की शांति देता है।
यह मोक्ष के क्षेत्र में एक प्रहरी है।
यदि आप इसके साथ रहते हैं,
तो यह आपको अपने दोस्तों,
अन्य प्रहरी से मिलवाएगा।
ये बुद्धिमानों के साथ जुड़ाव,
आत्मा की प्रकृति की जांच और शांति हैं।

अगर आप दस हज़ार रुपये प्रति माह कमा रहे हैं,
तो अपनी तुलना उस आदमी से न करें
जो बिस हज़ार रुपये कमा रहा है।
यदि आप अपनी तुलना दूसरों से करेंगे
तो असंतोष होगा।

इससे मन विचलित होगा और
उसकी शांति भंग होगी।
अपनी तुलना उस आदमी से करें
जो आपसे बहुत कम कमा रहा है।
भगवान का शुक्र है कि उन्होंने
आपको वर्तमान स्थिति दी है।
