Who do not know about this historical place, Prambanan temple. Prambanan temple or Roro Jonggrang temple is a hindusm temple in Indonesia. The location is in Sleman, Yogyakarta, central java, Indonesia. This temple have many history, and so why many tourist from others country want to visit there. And also I want to know more about the historical of Prambanan temple.
This temple is one of the historical place that attractive many tourist to go there. They want to know about a story of Ramayana and Shinta. But as you know that, this temple is the highest temple in Indonesia. There are trimurtri temple in Prambanan temple that is; Wisnu temple in the north, then Shiva temple in the center, and Brahma temple in the south, and you know that the highest one the name is Shiva temple the high is about 47 meters. Inside of Shiva temple there are 4 small room such as; the first room there is a Shiva statue shiva is the highest god and he is the god of destroyer.
The second room we will find small room in that room we will see the Agastya statue, Agastya is the embodiment of god Shiva. The next room there is a Ganesha statue or usually called maha guru statue why, because the head of Ganesha is head from elephant then his nose is long and in the left hand there is a bowl, in that bowl there is a pure liquid and his nose always drink that water that water make him become smart and get so many knowledge so why it’s called as maha guru or god of knowledge. Then the last room we will find Dewi Durga statue or usually called Roro Joggrang.
Then in front of the trimutri temple there are three vahana temple. That is in front of Brahma temple there is a swan hamsa statue, it is the vahana that used by Braha. Next in front of Wisnu there is the bull Nandi that vahana used by Wisnu. The last is Garuda statue, it’s the vahana that used by Shiva. Not only that, Prambanan temple consist of three part that is: Burloka, Buwarloka, ad Suwarloka. Burloka is consist of two words that is bur is bad and loka is location so burloka is the bad place, then buwarloka also consist of two words buwar is good and loka is location so buwarloka is the good place, and the last one is suwarloka consist of two words too: suwar is suwargo or in English is heaven and loka is location, so this is place for the god.
In Prambanan temple provide many spot for refreshing, like playing bicycle, spot for take a picture, riding a horse, and so on. An also there is a market, there so many seller and buyer. In the market there are seller sell many souvenir, traditional clothes of Yogyakarta usually called as batik, there is traditional food also sell in the market in Prambanan the name is gudheg, this food made of coconut milk, salt, chili, and jackfruit, and you know the test is so delicious and little sweet. So why tourists from others country like it so much and also the local tourist.
In conclussion, Prambanan temple is one of the place that very memorable for me. It have so beautiful history especially about Ramayana story. This story attractive many tourist, so that’s why the tourist want to go to visit and spent their holiday in this historical place like in Prambanan temple and also as the hindusm temple.
