MY EAST JAVA HOLIDAY
After taking about more than six months of preparing national tests for SNBP and SNBT test It is also known as the Joint Selection of State Universities (SNMPTN), a national selection process for admission to state universities in Indonesia , Finally I can go to holiday and having fun . In fact, I didn’t have any plans to go on a vacation out of town. It was just a spontaneous plan when I was on the phone with my sister. She was telling me about the destinations being built in her city.
Also I haven’t been out of town for a long time because I have many things to do such a prepare several portfolios for college applications, for exhibitions, and for my final project, which will take a long time to complete. And there are several graduation exams and also the UTBK test that need to be prepared well in advance. So I think this is a good idea to start my vacation after so long. And then my sister buys me a train ticket for me . After that, i prepare my stuff for several days in east java, and I finished my work and delivered the goods for sale before the holiday, as it was my first time working .
I Work in my family as a live selling host . And the day was come, I woke up , pray and took breakfast. And then my mom took me to the station, she is always make sure that I checked up my belongings so that they will not left behind. My train was arrived , and I went to pandaaan. It tooks about 5 hours to me to get to Bangil by train. In Pandaan there’s no railway station, so I have to stop in bangil because it’s the nearest railway station from Pandaan . You know how happy and how proud I am because its my first time went out of town , having vacation only with myself. When I arrived to Mojokerto, I contact my sister, and she’s on her way with her husband and her children to pick up me .
When I arrived in Bangil, I saw my sister waiting me at arrival gate . Iam so happy to meet my sister after a long time . And then we went to Mang Engking to have an evening meal there . My sister’s husband work as a manager of Mang engking resto . We’re having some fun there, sitting and talk about many things, and walk around mang engking. They have beautifull park . After maghrib we pray and then we went to my sister’s home to have a rest. I tidy up my stuff and my belongings , took a bath and then rest.
Next day, we prepare for camping to Maron Pujon, Batu Malang . We went to malang at 10 a.m . Before we went to batu malang, we went to Koono Gelato, Malang city. And then we went to Maron Pujon , Batu, Malang. My sister have ordered 2 tents to us to camp. We tidy up our stuff . and when the night comes, we went to bukit bintang to have dinner .
Bukit bintang has very amazing view of malang city, but unfortunately when I was there , the view was covered by the fog . after having dinner , we went back to our camp . We bought two bundles of firewood for us to have campfire . you know how fun it is , campfire in a best view. After that we have rest.
Next day we wake up, took a bath and have breakfast, and then we went back to pandaan.
We are having fun in my sister’s home . she cooks some delicious food. Also we are having movie night together. Next day, we went to taman dayu, near from my sister’s house, about 10 minutes to get there. Taman dayu is a residential complex but they have beautiful view. They also have golf course and lush trees and some cafetarias. We were having lunch together, walk around and don’t forget to take some photos .
On the third days in pandaan, me and my sister went to Surabaya . we went to Surabaya by a train from bangil. It tooks about 1 hour to get to Surabaya . after we arrived, we went to tunjungan plaza mall Surabaya, this is my first time visited to the largest mall in Surabaya. Tunjungan plaza was the second biggest mall in Indonesia. They have seven buildings and each building has six floors . we were spending our time all day long by shopping in tunjungan
plaza until we forgot to take dinner. We ordered some foods to eat before we went to Surabaya gubeng station. And then we went to gubeng station in Surabaya. We took my sister’s husband to go to bandung by train. After that, we went to pandaan by car. In our way we are tell our flashback strory about our childhood until we laugh together . and then we arrived to pandaan and have some rest.
Next day, we stroll around Taman Dayu, Pandaan. We went there just two of us . So, Taman Dayu is a residential complex that has beautiful gardens. Along the way, we were spoiled with the green, lush, cool, and clean atmosphere of the trees. We had lunch there and took a stroll before heading home.
Everyday my sister always took me for going out and have some fun. Next day I went to Putuk Truno waterfalls in Prigen . this place was my favorite spot because I love naturalist. Also this place has very beautiful scenery . before we arrived at the waterfall spot .
Along the way we were spoiled with the colorful and Lush trees, colorful forest plants, and majestic cliffs. The path down to the waterfall is quite steep, so we have to be careful. We dipped our feet into the cold and refreshing water, playing around while listening to the roaring sound of the waterfall.
Next day we went to Cimory Dairyland in Prigen . we were strolling around the park , farm and then we have lunch there. Also we bought some cimory merchandise , and some milk pie,milk and yogurt. After have lunch in cimory we went to Malang Skyland . Malang Skyland is a recreational area located in Malang, West Java, Indonesia.
It offers various attractions and activities for visitors to enjoy, such as scenic views, outdoor adventures, and recreational facilities. The iconic spot in malang was a skybridge . because you can see the view of malang city . it was very beautifull . And after that we had dinner in Bukit Bintang Malang .
It doesn’t feel like it’s been a few days since I’ve been spending time and having fun in East Java. It’s time for me to return to my hometown, Solo. That night, I packed and tidied up my belongings and rested. The next day, I woke up early, showered, and had breakfast. My sister had already prepared snacks and provisions for me for the journey.
Then, we went to the Bangil station. My sister and her husband dropped me off before they went to work. When we arrived there, we chatted a bit while waiting for the train. Then, when the train arrived, it was time for me to say goodbye and thank my sister and her husband. Then, I returned to the city of Solo. Upon arriving in Solo, my mother picked me up at the station. This was the story of my holiday, my first solo vacation, but I wasn’t alone because my sister always took me to have fun there.
