In our day-to-day life, children, especially teenagers, and adults face the problems like lethargy, drowsiness, and dullness. Then, stress destroys their peace of mind. No play can lead to numerous diseases which may deprive us of our upcoming achievements. IMPROPER NUTRITION AND NO PLAY are our ultimate invisible enemies which we can see when we suffer severe consequences due to them

NUTRITIONAL ROLE IN OUR BODY

Nutrition is man`s need for proper growth and survival. Why is nutrition and how should we obtain it? We obtain nutrition from the food we eat which refers to the science that decodes the nutrients and other substances in food in connection to sustenance, growth, an increase of height, proper blood circulation, enlargement, reduplication, Increase of stamina, an increase of immunity and ailment of the living being. Proper nutrition is required for people ranging from children, animals, insects, teenagers, adults and the old. For living beings such as humans, a robust diet comprises the preparation of nourishment and repository methods that preserve nutrients from oxidation, heat or leaching, and that ameliorates the risk of diseases. For living beings, inadequate diet lead to improper growth physically and mentally; it can cause deficiency-related disorders such as blindness, anemia, scurvy, stillbirth and cretinism, or nutrient excess health-threatening conditions such as adiposity and metabolic syndrome; and diseases which are widespread like cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and diabetes.

“Nutrition Day world wide” is a large-scale, universal action project invented to ameliorate disease-related malnutrition among hospitalized patients and nursing home dwellers. This project intends to increase awareness and knowledge regarding disease-related malnutrition among patients and the geriatric. Further, it will help them to tackle and overcome diseases and fight back in return.

It is rightly said by Jim Ron: “Take care of your body because It is the only place we have to live in.” that means we should take care of our body to keep ourselves physically and mentally fit.

If we look around, we will notice many people with abdominal fat, diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, etc. These are some examples of lifestyle diseases caused due to our negligence in our diet. These diseases are caused due to various reasons like an inactive lifestyle, poor eating habits, improper stress management, inappropriate sleep and improper hydration.

ROLE OF PLAY, EXECRICES AND STRESS MANAGEMENT ON OUR BODY

Health is our crucial wealth. A fit person who is energetic, enthusiastic, and at reduced risk for disease is termed healthy. He is fit both mentally and physically.

In the world of the internet, more and more people are staying in homes due to pandemics, health problems or lockdowns. Long gone are the days when people used to play with their friends in the playground, have lunch together, share their thoughts and feelings and ask for suggestions from their friends, if in trouble or difficulty. In modern times, on the contrary, the lifestyle has changed significantly due to heavy loads of work, assignments and homeworks; The children, under stress and pressure to complete all the homework, assignments and projects, concentrate inadequately on their health. Nevertheless, they work to complete all their school works and eventually build up a great deal of anxiety, boredom and stress; this is the same scenario when students give annual exams, competitive exams for qualifying for jobs and in adults, this is observed as work given by boss or creating a presentation and speech for the meeting. Eventually, without any play, they fall ill and sick due to a lack of proper nutrition. Thereafter in the case of children, they lose some of their valuable teachings, and that in the case of adults, they lose their time to spend with their family, go on holidays or get relief from all day`s work. Then what is the worth of getting good grades despite bad and poor health? The life of adults and the old is far not different from that of children. So, maintaining proper health and lifestyle is far more essential nowadays. For it, our lifestyle for everyone should be ­_ ranging from reading newspaper, novels and books; yoga, meditation and exercises in the morning; working and listening to online classes; sleeping 30-45 mins; doing only the essential homeworks; reading the newspaper in the evening for 10 minutes then writing on a random topic for 12 mins and checking it for mistakes in 4 min to playing with friends and enjoying many games.

Our motto will be, from now onwards, “Stay safe, Eat safe and Play safe “.

PROBLEMS FACED BY EVERYONE

In children` s case, they face the problem of:-

  • Too much homework
  • Lack of adequate nutrition
  • Lack of play, fun, and frolic
  • Illness
  • obesity

In adults and the old`s case, they face the problem of:-

· Heart diseases, coronary artery disease of coronary artery and heart attack.

· High blood pressure.

· High cholesterol.

· Stroke.

· Metabolic syndrome.

· Illness 

· Obesity.

CAUSES 

These problems are caused due to various problems: inadequate nutrition, improper rest, stay at home 

1. Lack of proper nutrition

2. Improper rest

3. lack of the practice of our passion and dullness

4. Lack of fun and frolic

5. Mental stress and anxiety due to exams\

6. Too much work

7. No talk with friends

8. Staying at home and sitting idle

9. No exercise, yoga and fun

   10.No cycling, watching the screen for longer durations

   11.Difference in economic status: For instance, high-income parents are expected to eat more fruit and vegetables, have time to exercise, and provide the best living condition to their children whereas low-income parents are more likely to participate in unhealthy activities such as smoking to help them release poverty-related stress and depression.

SOLUTIONS TO THE ABOVE TROUBLES THAT MAKE A WASTE PAPER OF OUR LIFE (WAYS TO OVERCOME THE TRAGEDIES)

A variety of solutions are problems to the above problem: eating adequate and proper food; taking proper rest; exercising daily; practicing a little reading from newspaper and writing on any random topic to improve reading and writing skills and speed

1. To eat a healthy diet.

2. To Consume less salt and sugar.

3. Reduce intake of harmful fats.

4. Avoid harmful use of alcohol.

5. Don’t smoke.

6. Be active.

7. Check your blood pressure regularly.

8. Get tested

9. Read a lot _ ranging from newspapers, articles of other people, writings of great writers, and write one paragraph on what you learned that day to find one`s own mistake.

10.          Play games with pets or friends, sing a song, take a cycle ride.

11.          Consume less salt and sugar

12.          Perform meditations, exercise daily to stay calm mentally which will also build concentration physically.

1. Works and assignments will be done easily, profusely, cheerfully, and enthusiastically; further, our mind will be able to comprehend large chunks of texts in shorter durations and our life will be fun, peaceful, and exciting.

2. No feeling of lethargy and dullness

3. Full of confidence, strength, and sharpness

4. Play merrily with friends

5. Help us in sharpening our listening skills and attentiveness

CONCLUSION

Therefore, we should follow this lifestyle_ ranging from yoga; meditation and exercises in the morning; working and listening to online classes OR doing only essential assignments, projects, applicable to both children and adults working in offices; sleeping 30-45 mins (power nap), doing only the essential home works; reading the newspaper in the evening for 10 minutes then writing on a random topic and checking it; playing with friends and enjoying many games.

 By now, it is clear that our motto should not be finishing only the homework in time but taking care of our bodies, playing and having fun, reading newspapers to understand different writing style, vocabulary and sentence structure and writing and then completing the essential assignments of school. A healthy mind lies in a healthy body! So, play safe, stay healthy and stay safe!
