Exercising improves the strength of our heart, to provide us with a better amount of oxygen and nutrients to our muscles.

Doing exercise along with your family is great fun and it will also improve relationships between your family.
It also provides socialising opportunities like, if you do exercise outside your home with other people, then you can find people who enjoy doing exercise like you do, then you can be friends with them. The benefits of exercise have been known since ancient times. Exercise was also seen as very valuable in history during the middle age by German people. It was regarded as a very beneficial force since the 19th century. Yoga is also a very prominent source of exercise, yoga is the best source of spiritual exercises. It helps us to regulate our minds more effectively.
To give more importance to yoga now in India, we celebrate 21st June as yoga day. If you exercise daily then you will find everything enjoyable and positive. To stay healthy in life, both physical and mental fitness is required. Everyone should maintain a balance in his or her life between working, resting, eating and exercising.
