The history of Cricket game extends from the 16th century to the present day, with international matches being played after 1844, although officially international Test cricket began in 1877. From this time the sport originally developed in England is now played professionally in most Commonwealth countries. India has won the World Cup 2 times.

Cricket is considered to be the second most popular sport after football. There is some or the other big tournament/league of cricket, in which every day some or the other record is made. And one or the other record keeps getting broken. Many players make such records which were not even imagined to be made. But some such world records are already recorded in cricket history, which are not only difficult to break but are considered impossible. Many bowlers and batsmen have made such records in the history of cricket on the basis of their own skills, due to which their names have been written in golden letters, so in today’s report, we will tell you about those top 10 records.

Sachin Tendulkar

In the name of Sachin Tendulkar, who is called the God of cricket, there are many records which are difficult to break. But in today’s cricket era, some successful cricketers are breaking some minor records of Sachin. But Sachin has also recorded many big records, one of which is the highest run scorer in ODI cricket. Sachin Tendulkar has scored 18426 runs in ODI cricket. At the moment, it seems impossible to break this record, the current players are far behind in this list. And Sachin Tendulkar is also at the forefront of the list of runs scored in Test cricket.

Muttiah Muralitharan

Sri Lankan spinner bowler Muttiah Muralitharan also has a record in cricket history which is considered impossible to break. Like Sachin Tendulkar’s name comes on the record of scoring the most runs in cricket. Similarly, the record of taking the most wickets in cricket is in the name of Muttiah Muralitharan. Muttiah Muralitharan has taken 1347 wickets in his cricket career as a result Muttiah Muralitharan comes first in the list of highest wicket takers in cricket history and comes second in this list. Shane Warne who has taken 1001 wickets.

Rohit Sharma

Rohit Sharma, the captain of the Indian cricket team and the hitman opener of the team, has also made an impossible record in the history of cricket. When it comes to the batsman who has scored the most runs in an innings in ODIs, Rohit Sharma’s name comes first. In the 2014 India vs Sri Lanka ODI match, hitman Rohit Sharma scored an inning of 264 runs against Sri Lanka, making him the first player to score the most runs in ODIs.

And Rohit Sharma is the first Indian player who has scored three double centuries in ODIs, which now seems like an impossible record. At the present time, it can also be said that perhaps Rohit Sharma himself might not be able to break this record of scoring the most runs in an innings.

Misbah-ul-Haq

Pakistan cricket team player Misbah-ul-Haq was one of the middle order players of the team. Misbah-ul-Haq played 162 ODIs in his cricket career, in which he scored 5122 runs at a strike rate of 43.41. But the thing to note here is that he was unfortunate that he could never score a century in ODIs. Among the current players, every batsman has scored a century in ODIs in his career, so hardly any batsman will be able to break this record.

Chris Gayle

Chris Gayle, who is counted among the dangerous players of IPL, has also made many big records in the history of cricket. In the season of IPL 2013, Chris Gayle played an amazing innings in 1 match, this match was against Pune Warriors, in which he made the bowlers in a bad condition by hitting long shots. After this record, there have been many seasons of IPL but till now no player has been able to break this record.

Jim Laker

England bowler Jim Laker also made such a record which is considered impossible to break. In a Test match of England vs Australia played in 1956, Jim Laker took 19 wickets against Australia which in itself is considered a very big wicket figure. Earlier, no one had the record of taking so many wickets in a match. Now to break this record, the bowler will have to take 20 wickets in a Test match, which is absolutely impossible.

Don Bradman

Don Bradman, considered to be Australia’s legendary player and successful batsman in cricket history, has made such a record in cricket history, which no one has been able to break till date. If we talk about Bradman’s Test career, then his average rate in Test is 99.94. Which is a huge figure in itself. Even big players like Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli, who are called God of cricket, have not been able to touch this figure. So in cricket history, this record is a huge record in itself which seems impossible to break.

Chaminda Vaas

Sri Lanka The fast bowler Chaminda Vaas has also made his iron in the history of cricket. In an ODI match in 2001. Chaminda Vaas took 8 wickets for the loss of just 19 runs. This is a very big record in the history of cricket, which till date no bowler has been able to break after 21 years.

Jason Gillespie

In Test cricket, you must have seen batting with nightwatchman strategy, in which – at the time of completion of the day, the team decides not to send any main batsman and send another batsman to the crease. Although this nightwatchman batsman does not show any special performance. But let us tell you that a nightwatchman has scored a double century, then you will be surprised to hear. Australian fast bowler Jason Gillespie played an unbeaten inning of 201 runs in the new 2016 match which was being held at Mud Village. Which he made a record of his own in cricket history and till date no nightwatchman has been able to touch this record.
