Anthropocentrism
Our biosphere, an intricate tapestry woven with the threads of petals and roots, is not quite as marvellous as shown on the cover.
To the naked eye, perhaps it would appear as a symbiosis, one between the man who roams the earth, and the divine entity that bears us fruit.
Or, Maybe a state of equilibrium, meticulously balanced, a delicate symmetry, which makes our ecosphere the divinity it is.
However if one scrutinises, and observes the minuscule fibres that assemble the threads, a sobering revelation is uncovered.
The staggering verity of ‘symbiosis’ is nothing short of a sham.
While nature aids and bolsters mankind and society in every possible way, mankind, in turn, desecrates the hallow biome which supplies it the very essence of life.
From the earliest years of history, nature has, in every way, showcased profound magnanimity and philanthropy in its service to humanity, selflessly dedicating herself to assembling the mosaic which we now call ‘home’.
Tirelessly devoting herself to her sanctified craft, meticulously configuring every atomistic aspect and detail, to ensure that man lives with utmost comfort and integrity.
But what has man ever done to repay her?
Man, in turn, has exploited her altruistic ways.
Man, has turned this and holy grail of life into a fiery and militant tempest, an uproar of terror and wrath.
Man has waged multitudinous wars, destroyed the very beings they once called ‘family’ and wounded itself.
Worse still, man has inflicted its frustration and fury upon the now, woeful earthly spirit, that once established mankind with the best of her capabilities, only to be betrayed in the most deplorable way possible.
