Happiness cannot be described in words but can be expressed and felt. Happiness indicates excellent and successful life. It is the only thing in the world that is very hard to describe but very easy to handle. Happiness comes within you and is the superior treasure nobody can steal from you. The question arises here that can money buy happiness? Many people would agree with that; yes, money can buy happiness. And they describe it as; you can buy your favorite things. Food, gadgets, clothes, car, house, everything you want. But is that real happiness? Does that make your soul smile? NO! We can never associate our happiness with worldly things because that happiness would not last long. For example, we get happy after buying a new phone.

Then what? After some time, there would be a new phone again, and that chain would keep on repeating whenever you’ll get happy after having good food that would last too. But have we ever thought about what makes us happy in a way that it would last forever? What kind of happiness is long-lasting such as memories? It would help if you associated your happiness with your memories because they don’t fade away and are with you till your last breath. You don’t even need to think about it hard; good memories stay with you forever. You’re just sitting somewhere, and you can memorize them quickly and become happy. That’s not even an effort. It would not take your time. That is the purest form of happiness.

If money could’ve burden happiness, then rich people would’ve been the happiest person on the earth, but why do we notice that rich people are equally sad, depressed, anxious, and suffering from many problems too? They should be happy because they are rich and can buy everything? They still lack social life, and divorces are so common among them because they cannot give their family enough time and attention. A lot of money makes people insecure; they hire security while pools are in the opposite condition. They don’t have the money, yet they’re happy and tension-free; they take care of their family. Give them time and be satisfied.

True happiness comes from you. One should remain optimistic about themselves and others. Try to find positivity among the things around you. See the glass half-filled rather than half empty. Always look at the bright side. Happiness in relationships would only be possible if you first love yourself and accept yourself. Then you would love others, and there would be a healthy relationship. Give your partner time and attention rather than associating their happiness with worldly things. Happiness can only be achieved by a positive attitude and positive thinking towards life. To be happy and make the people around us happy, we should build a healthy and toxic-free relationship with them.

Happiness is more than just an excellent mood or a yellow smiley face on the computer screen. It’s the sensation of thoroughly enjoying your life, as well as the urge to make the most of every opportunity. Happiness is the secret to a healthy life; it is like free therapy. Happy people are more likely to achieve their objectives. People who are so glad are healthy.

The happiness you get after helping someone, there was someone who didn’t get food from so many days, and you feed them. That is the real happiness, the self-satisfaction. The inner peace you get after doing that. Have you seen the light in the eyes of your parents when you make them proud? How you could feel happiness inside your whole body. After playing with a toddler, you get satisfaction after doing something for animals. Animals cannot talk or tell about their pain; feeling their pain and doing things for them that would make them happy surely make you happy too.

Achieving actual happiness requires discovering it in every moment rather than expecting it to arrive after completing some distant goal in the future. Living a passionate life is the fulfillment that comes from participating in the creative process itself. The euphoria that comes from attaining a goal is, at best, transitory in its duration. That’s true happiness and long-lasting too.
