Don’t Blast Your Music

Although it may be tempting to play your favourite album at full volume, this can be extremely damaging for your ears. Unsafe audio use is one of the most common reasons behind hearing issues in adults. For best practice, it’s recommended that you apply the 60/60 rule. This entails listening to your music at a maximum of 60% volume for no longer than 60 minutes a day.
