Our planet, our mother earth is mysterious and enchanting.But such a beautiful earth is being destroyed today due to the consequences of human activities. That is why the poet sang this years ago.
Mother earth, not yet dead,
in the imminence of your death,
may your soul rest in peace.
The natural calamities are the result of man’s new inventions by altering the earth. The main cause of fresh water pollution is discharche of untreated waste.In the name of development,man is devouring the earth. the habitat of many living beings is being destroyed.We forget the truth that the earth is not just for man. It is for all living beings.
We want to protect our Earth for our survival. It is the duty of young people to find solutions to these environmental problems. The thought that this earth is for tomorrow and forever should be in the hearts of all young people.Instead of walking around holding placards that say,” WATER BODIES ARE POL-
LUTED, THERE IS NOT A DROP OF WATER TO DRINK”,we should take the lead in cleaning these water bodies.Take the lead in planting trees against deforestation.
Protect endangered species.Understand the truth that every living being on this earth has it’s own duty.Protecting biodiversity is crucial for maintaining healthy ecosystems, ensuring food security,providing medicinal resources and supporting cultural and aesthetic values.Healthy ecosystems,which rely on diverse species,provide clean air and water,pollination,climate regula-
tion and other vital services.
It is very important to protect biodiversity for our own survival and prosperity.The younger generation can protect biodiversity with the help of science and technology.For example initiatives like urban farming, reforestation projects and promoting renewable energy sources can be spearheaded by youth,reducing human impact.
OUR PLANET,OUR PROTEST.
It is our duty to protect our environment and protest against environmental injustice. So every youth, come forward, we can join our hands for our safe future.
