The existence of all the modern gadgets and technological equipments were developed because of this mania. Likewise, if Wright brothers had not been there, then the modern-dayaeroplane would have remained a dream. Every invention or discovery was either an accident or an experiment. Because everyone has a craze to discover things, science mania never ends.
Presence during Pre-Historic times
Ranging from ancient times _ Jurassicperiod, paleolithic age, Mesolithic age, Neolithic age till the twentieth century_ science mania had always made people anxious as well as exhilarated aboutnumerous phenomenons and discoveries.
During ancient times especially stone ages, people could not talk because there was no language. Moreover, no educational facility was present there. They remained in caves and carved pictures on stones to convey their messages to other humans. This mania of carving pictures for spreading messages later became widespread. Thereafter, alphabetical letters came into play and people could speak using these letters. With the accidental discovery of fire, life of people during ancient times changed significantly. No matter what, afterwards era of discoveries began and never ended.
Presence During Middle Ages
During Middle Ages, stones were carved professionally by hunters so that they could hunt animals. Pottery came into existence and people could store water in pots. The intricately carved pottery articles serve as a source of employment nowadays to many people. The third and the most important achievement was discovery of wheel that helped in easy transportation. Without the wheels in circular shape, the easy transportation that we see now would not have been possible.
Presence During Nineteenth and Twentieth Century
Tales of science mania are endless. They seem endless. During the 19th century, many inventions were made and some accidentally discovered. Some of the great men of that time are Albert Einstein who is known to have given many contributions to science, JL Baird for the first television, and Alexander Graham Bell for telephone.
The 20th century witnessed the aeroplane`s early existence. People have always wished to fly like the birds. Wright Brothers also told that they wanted to fly. To this, many people scoffed at them and called them mad and moron. But they did not give up. By gathering some knowledge about the rising up of hot air, they decided to stitch clothes and make a hot air balloon for flying. They watched that the steams from tea kettle made the cover of the kettle to rise.
Future Discoveries of Science
With the rising of population, the mania will reach new peaks in the future. Moreover, the future of this mania is going to make our life more luxurious and comfortable. Talking about the recent future inventions, electronic cars will be used more and more. As the prices of petrol will fluctuate, people will stop using fossil fuels operated vehicles. Rather, they will use hydrogen fueled cars for travelling because it is a cleaner fuel and cheaper than electricity! The second discovery would be flying cars that could fly in the sky. Also, the technical gadgets will get developed tremendously that can help us to lead better lives in the future.
Why science mania gets reduced in children?
It is because they are more ambitious getting good grades and having certificates. However, science mania gets hampered intensively in children as they think that science is a thing to rote.
Science is not about reading and mugging the text books for marks , but it is more about learning the discoveries and inventions.
Some children who get less marks may also have some ideas and imaginations that should be provided a platform to show and nurture. Mankind prospers as the science mania grows.
