2024 was a joyful and exciting year for all of us in 2024 like we have changed and developed,our country India has also changed
India from economic growth and Technology strides to diplomatic successes and social welfare reforms India has made significant progress in 2024.
In 2024 India remain 5th largest economy with the country recording a 7% Gross Domestic Product growth making it the world’s fastest growing major economy.
FDI process 1 trillion rupees : India’s strong performance was driving by search in foreign direct investment which crossed a record of one trillion rupees between April 2000 September 2024. It is still maintained.
strengthening foreign relations : amid Russia Ukraine war; Prime Minister Narendra Modi became the first Indian Prime Minister to visit Ukraine while present properly more more become the first Indian head to visit Fiji.
National Quantum Mission : in 2024 the Union Cabinet approved the national Quantum mission to create an ecosystem for scientific and industrial R and D in Quantum Technology.
India AI mission : this mission was approved in March 2024 to develop AI applications promote safe and ethical AI and develop human resources.
5G and generation connectivity : as of October 2024 India is expected to have 270 million 5G subscribers, which is a 23% share of the countries mobile subscription. By october 2024 5G services were available in 779 out of 783 districts in India.
And more over the year 2024 in India was full of technology and development but what about the change?
Technology and development have a good impact along with bad impacts also in our ecosystem, livelihood and health. All depends on how we use it pollution is one of the result of excessive development and industries in 2024 our country has suffered a lot due to global warming caused by pollution and deforestation like heat strokesprlandsincreasededictable weather condition,even animal Birds also have suffered but our beloved country India had taken steps to change this also in 2024.
Like National clean air program,vehicle emissions standards, electric vehicle,renewal energy, West management program etc.
Also India has taken several steps to protect wildlife and forests like:
Mangrove initiative for shareland habitats and tangible income: it was launched in June 2024 its aim is to restore mangrove forest along the coast of India.
Nagar Van Yojana :it was launched in 2020 it’s initiative aims to create 600 Nagar Vans and 400 Nagar Vatika in urban and Peri urban areas this initiative has given a very good result in 2024 and it is still continued.
green credit program: this program incentivizes tree plantation and Restoration of degraded forest lands.

Teal carbon :this term highlights the importance of non tidal fresh water ecosystems in capturing and storing atmospheric carbon.
India’s forest and tree cover increased by 1445 square kilometre compared to 2021 with 715343 square kilometre first cover and 120000 14 square kilometre of tree cover in 2024.
Like this India has started many program to conserve forest wildlife and reduce pollution in 2024.It’s been 77 years our India got independence after 200 years of British rule and in this 77 year our India has achieved success in many sports and Art section,many athletes and players had won medal,and represent our India in international level some of this achievement in India are :
In 2024 Avani lakhada become the first Indian woman to win para Olympic gold.
Manu Bhakar become the first Indian woman to win two medals from same Olympic game.
Vinesh Phogat is the first woman to go to semi final round in Olympic wrestling, also she defeated Yui Susaki the unbeatable champion of Japan.
In 2024 Gukesh was crowned the 2024 world chess champion.
our India has secured many awards and achievement in 2024 and also changed and achieved success and development in 2024.Like this with many festival and happiness and success 2024 the year of success has ended.
