Method: Combine 2 cups (200 g) of mozzarella and 1 oz (28 g) of cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl.

Add 1 large egg and ¾ cup (72 g) of almond flour to the mixture. If you have a nut allergy, substitute with ⅓ cup of coconut flour.

Gently combine the cheese, flour, and egg until they form a smooth, uniform texture.

Flatten the dough on parchment paper into a 10-inch (25-cm) circle by pressing down with your hands. Spread the dough evenly so that it bakes properly.

Bake the dough at 425 °F (218 °C) for 10 to 12 minutes until it becomes crispy. Take the crust out and add the toppings on.

Pepperoni: Top your fathead pizza crust with tomato sauce, basil, cheese and beef stick pepperoni.
