Alcohol is a staple of many people’s lives and let’s face it, we all have very different relationships with it. For some, they can take it or leave it. Not big drinkers, never have been and don’t see the point.

For others, it’s enjoyed with friends on a Friday night. For others it’s used to destress on a Friday night after a long week of work. For many of us, it’s a part of almost all social occasions, a part of all stressful periods and an ongoing presence in our lives. In which case, it could be a little bit problematic.
