How to Deal with Your Past?

Past is a part of our life, we cannot
hide or run away from. But is it worth
all the time and energy? Is it
something which needs to be
addressed or we can just let it be? Is it
something so small not worth of our
attention or is there something hidden
that cannot be understood by us as
our own thoughts and judgements are
clouded?
So, what should we do at the end of
it? Should we not try and move on
from our past instances or events?
Should we just let it define us and let
it reflect or shape our identity? Or we
should empower ourselves so as to
