is just “a part” not your entire life. Grieving on your losses is okay; experiencing
the same pain is okay but even with all the negativity you need to learn to divert
your focus on what you would want to happen next. This does not mean you are
invalidating your past instances; it means accepting it so you can grow from it.
As said earlier, it is never easy to forget or deal with your past. But empower
yourself so much that even if anything triggers your hurtful memories you remain
unaffected and strong enough to keep on learning from it.
