Old timers used to live longer than
people of today. Facilities were less
still they were satisfied.
We people are on our way to reach
happiness by earning more and more,
even after knowing that this is not the
way to reach happiness.
Unless and until we don’t get to be
aware of our self, we won’t be able to
lead a purposeful life.
Now the question arises, How to
reach our self?
Maintain some distance from
unnecessary people: Today we are
leading two lives at one time. One is
our real life where we are full of
frustration and where there is lack of
contentment. The other life is our self
made life that is virtual life, the life of
social media. The world of social life
makes us like the think as if we are
the kings and queens of this world. In
that world, everything is fake, a world
full of filters. From that phony world,
there arises expectancy, however
when we come back to our real life,
there arises discontentment and
agony.
Fix sometime only for our self: It may
be meditation or strolling in a garden
with our self. Today we have been a
person who can’t spend time without
worldly instruments viz. cell,
television, gossips. We need to have

something to pass our time. Just think
once,
Work on building your character and
live: We people spend our entire life
in planning for future where there is a
life of comfort and luxury. The
people of today have reached that
practical point where there is no place
for emotions and sentiments. If there
a choice between money and
character, we will definitely opt for
money. When a person is not taught
the basis of humanity, he would not
be less than an animal. Degrees and
education doesn’t mean that you are a
person of good character. Remember,
“You can buy education but you
cannot buy good manners”
Compete with yourself: Be a better
version of yourself and completely
focus on your graph. We are always
told to be the best. What is the
definition of “best”? Best means
better than others.
