                    To conclude, we can say that resources are present but are not utilized properly
                    because  of  the  absenteeism  of  zeal  to  change  things  for  good. Relationship
                    between authorities and responsibility is there but due to lack of proper control
                    and implementation, the education system is not picking the pace which is needed.
                    ‘Creativity’,  in schools, should be considered as a way  of teaching rather than a
                    mere form of entertainment.All the mentioned solutions, if properly oiled in the
                    machinery, we can make the education system of India a better one. Imagine a day
                    when the literacy rate of Bihar would match with that of Kerala, that day I think,
                    India would have sorted out all the barriers hampering the growth of education
                    between  the  societies;  the  real  India;
                    the rural India.
