using technology. Technology has
played a big role in making people's
lives healthy too. It has made us fast
learners and is helping us evolve in
the right way forward. But there is a
constant need that we use it properly
has it has certain side effects too. One
of the biggest problems in gaming
and technology addiction which can
cause depression and anxiety so we
should try to limit our use of
technology. We should also see that
we complete our work and not get
distracted towards it. One must keep
time for himself too and play outdoor
sports as excessive use of technology
can lead to obesity and other diseases.
