                       •  Person to relax and release such unwanted feelings of stress. This happens
                          because the stress gets released on the chewing object and the person feels
                          more relaxed.
                       •  Sometimes  you  become  so  stressed  that  you  feel  like  shouting  out  loud.
                          However,  people suppress  their  urge  but  this  does no  good  to them and
                          makes  them  feel  even  worse.  One  should  not  do  that.  If  you  feel  like
                          shouting, just do it as loud as possible as this will only make you feel better?

                       •  Eating can also make you feel better during a stressful time. Having your
                          favorite snack to eat diverts your attention to the snack and releases off the
                          stress and tension going on in your mind.
                       •  Sometimes stress comes with anger and at times like these your body tends
                          to  release  the  anger  on  someone  else  or  even  on  your  own  self  which
                          definitely is not a good thing. So before your mind and body start to hurt
                          someone  or  your  own  self,  take  something  soft  like  a  soft  toy  or  some
                          sponge and let your anger out on it. This will get stress and anger off of your
                          mind. It’s better to hurt your toys than to hurt yourself or your loved ones.
                       •  Stress may also lead to a mental breakdown when not released for a long
                          time.  One  can  also  release  stress  by  talking  to  someone.  Sharing  your
                          problems with someone you trust makes you feel really good happy. That
                          person can be one of your parents, your friend, your teacher, or anybody
                          with whom you feel comfortable talking to. Even if you don’t find anyone,
                          you may simply talk to your favorite toy or just talk to yourself in mirror.
                          Sharing things with someone lifts a huge weight off of your head.
                       •  Everyone has a hobby which that person enjoys very much. So performing a
                          hobby when you’re stressed may help you loosen up and forget about the
                          stress going on in your mind. So, next time whenever you think that things
                          are becoming  stressed, just  take a break and do some sketching, dancing,
                          writing, listen to music, or whatever you feel like doing.
                       •  Try  to  stay  positive.  Instead  of  stressing  out  about  the  problem,  try  and
                          focus on finding a solution for it. This will solve your problems sooner and
                          get the stress out of your mind and will make you relaxed.

                       The  most  common  reason  that  brings  stress  nowadays  is  the  feeling  of
                       inferiority and the fear of being judged. When a person is asked to perform a

                       job, he/she stresses about it just because that person regards himself as much
                       less capable in comparison to his peers but this may not be true. You need to
                       know your own worth and just be yourself. You are one of a kind and no one
