How to Get Rid of Stress

• From a teenager to a youth to an adult,
everyone has certain stress to deal with.
This stress can be study related, job
related, marital stress or due to any
personal or social issue. Stress basically is a
normal part of life that you may
experience from your environment, body
or thoughts but excess of this stress may
lead to major mood swings and various
mental and health issues.
• However, a person can and should get rid
of stress by various means. Reducing stress balances ones mental level and a
stress-free brain functions more efficiently.
• One such means to reduce stress is having some me-time.
• One should take out at least 15-20 minutes a day for himself and do some
self-analysis. Doing this helps one to know his/her own weak points and so
that person can work on them.
• Drinking lots and lots of water can also help reduce stress.
• Sometimes it happens that a sudden situation comes that can put you in a
stress full state and such sudden stress occupies your mind and limits your
thinking. So having a glass of water can clear your mind and help you think
more rationally.
• Chewing is quite efficient for reducing pressure and stress. If a person
chews something like a chewing gum or some ice when he/she is feeling
stressed of nervous, it helps that
