CHAPTER 6

Next day, the crack of dawn evoked a ray of hope in the mind
of Mr. Vaken. In a tracksuit, he went for jogging in a nearby

parkland. The park was so peaceful and quiet. In mixed
emotions, he was thinking about how he became rich enough

to attain a prosperous living and at the same time, he thought
about phantom. He had conflicting feelings about the

existence of ghost. After jogging, he sat on the bench and
pondered for a few moments on the eerie happenings that
took place in his house.

He had the following questions in his mind-

If I think over all these unnecessary and doubtful things, then
how I will make progress according to my aspirations? How I

will become a high-ranked fellow? I have to do much more for
my kin. These stupid and worthless notions cannot stop me to

go ahead.

He concluded that-

Now, he would follow his heart and control his weak-emotions

and determined himself to try his level best to get name and
fame.

Being impatient and over-ambitious, he stood up with full
courage and fortitude. On his way, he saw a waterfall across

the valley. The waterfall was aquarium-blue. It had a beautiful
serenity pool at the bottom. It was veneer clear. It flowed as
