the family members became habitually engaged in their

earnest & energetic work of their choice. In these 10
years, Sam Sherivi became an elegantly & stylishly
fashionable interior designer, Fobdi became a jazz
guitarist & Ezimess became a rich tycoon & the most
eligible bachelor.

The day of complete relaxation arrived. Sunday brings
many reasons to be happy & not give-up, look around &
cheer up. The recipe for perfect Sunday contains many

hours of sleep, a sofa, a television, a hangout & good
company in generous doses. But, Jovia family was partly
cheerfully unconcerned with a happy-go-lucky attitude

& partly energized to crush the day. After all, weekends
call for athleisure & partying. At 11:00 am, to de-stress
herself Mrs. Andy went to experience Cryotherapy
treatment that is cold therapy. Before starting her Cryo
treatment, she had a one-on-one consultation with her

Cryo-specialist. The treatment happened inside an
upright igloo-like aluminium chamber called Cryosauna.
Mrs. Andy was somewhat super nervous at first because

of the cold but later on found it super safe. She opted for
a full body Cryo-treatment, for the Cryo-facial & for the
