they offer not only undergraduate and postgraduate degrees but also the research
programs, doctoral and postdoctoral degrees. Indian Governmental research
organizations also offer the postgraduate degrees as well as enrollment in
research programs for Nuclear Engineering & Technology to the students who
have graduated as engineers and to science postgraduates.
Nuclear Engineering has now become a hot career path for engineering
students. Not only can these students find work as engineers, but also as
researchers in research organizations, and power plants or reactors.
Opportunities are rather endless for this career option. With the vast career
opportunity and scope to excel, only sky is the limit for the one who has a will to
join the field of nuclear sciences in India. In the wake of handsome salaries,
chance to serve the nation and fruitful returns, nuclear science is one of the
growing profession providing career opportunities to the youth.
